Recall is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Only has an effect when playing as Tainted Forgotten, and can only be obtained via his Birthright.

Retreives The Forgotten's body automatically, even from a distance.

Tainted Soul is invincible while the body is returning to him, except to forms of self-damage such as Devil Beggars.

Tainted Forgotten will deal ~4-6x Isaac's damage to enemies that collide with it while it's returning to the Soul.

The item cannot be used while the Soul is holding the body or the body is traveling after it has been thrown.
