Megrez is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns 3 active item with the book tag.

While held Holding down the drop button removes currently held active item and replaces Isaac's tears with a book that can be swung in front of him.

The type of book swung is determined by the active item that was removed.

The book deals 3 × DamageStat damage and has a 5% chance to activate the effect of the active item that corresponds to the swung book after killing an enemy.

The book can be used to collect pickups.

Holding down the firing button will charge up an attack that, when released, swings the book in a wider range and deals 12 × DamageStat damage.

The attack can be released before fully charged, but it will travel a lower damage and reduced range.

Holding down the drop button again to respawn the active item that corresponds to the swung book and restore Isaac's tears.
