Poisoned enemies have a 5% chance to drop a disease item Ability Card.

After clearing the Boss Room, all held disease items Ability Cards are transformed into items.

The icon of this item design for this item draws inspiration from traditional Chinese metaphysical systems, including the Flying Star (a discipline in Feng Shui), Ziwei doushu (Chinese Astrology), and Qimen Dunjia (an ancient form of divination from China).
