Quantum Peach is an active item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon use, pressing an attack button will throw a peach corresponding to the pressed button.

If a peach corresponding to the pressed attack button exists, Isaac will be teleported to the location of that peach.

If the peach is located on an obstacle or pit that could cause an obstruction, the obstacle or pit will be removed before the teleportation occurs.

After the peach is used for teleportation, it will self-destruct, dealing 5 × DamageStat + 15 damage to nearby enemies with damage that ignores armor.

After going to the next floor, all thrown peaches will be cleared.

The design of this item is derived from Watatsuki no Toyohime's characteristics: she eats only peaches and carries a fan can cause a wind capable of instantly purifying an entire forest to an atomic level.
Thus, when teleporting via a peach, it directly removes obstructing that could cause an obstruction rather than destroying them.

The teleportation effect pays homage to Minato Namikaze's "Flying Thunder God Technique" from the manga Naruto.
