Last Stand Formation is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies will show vulnerabilities when they attack.

Isaac will take no damage from touching enemies that show vulnerabilities, and instead, gain 2 seconds of invincibility and be knocked back from the enemies.

Enemies that show vulnerabilities will be knocked back and take 6x Isaac's damage when touched by Isaac, and will be stunned for 2 seconds.

Enemies that are stunned will continue to show vulnerabilities. Isaac will still not take damage from touching them but will only deal 3x Isaac's damage continuously.

The design of this item is inspired by Hong Meiling's retreat dialogue as the Stage 3 midboss in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil: "Damn. Time for my last stand combat formation!"
This item's description references the subsequent story dialogue where Hakurei Reimu responds to her: "You're going to set up a formation all by yourself?"

The effect of this item pays homage to "Chong Zhen", one of the skills of the general SP Zhao Yun in the game War Of Three Kingdoms.
Furthermore, this item originates from the Steam Workshop mod [REP] T.K.C.G Our Game is Fu*king Thriving, where it first appeared as the item Chong Zhen. It was later ported to the Reverie: Make Good Omissions mod by the original author of that mod.
