Blood of Vampire is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns 2 items from the Kindred Transformation item group.

While held +0.5 damage.

Enhances the effects of all items from the Kindred Transformation item group.
• Charm of the Vampire: Only 1 enemy needs to be killed to restore half a red heart.
• IV Bag: Each use has a 50% chance to spawn a Half Red Heart.
• Bloody Lust: Grants +0.5 damage for each enemy killed, up to a maximum of 6 times per floor, lasting for the rest of the floor.
• Blood Rights: Changes to 3 seconds recharge time, but does not deal damage to Isaac on use.
• Anemic: Activates the effects of Dull Razor when entering an unexplored room with enemies.
• Magic Scab: Additionally grants +3 luck.
• Blood Clot: Also applies the same stats as the left eye to the right eye.
• Lusty Blood: Grants a 30% chance to spawn a random basic pickup after killing an enemy.
• Varicose Veins: Upon killing an enemy, Isaac will also fire 10 tears in a circle around him.
• Haemolacria: ×2 fire rate multiplier. Isaac's tears do not fire in an arc.
• Blood Puppy: Will no longer deal damage to Isaac, and will not become hostile or charge at the character when there are enemies in the room.
• Blood Oath: All drained red hearts will drop as an equal amount of Half Red Heart.
• Blood Bombs: Bombs leave behind a vanishing random heart upon exploding that disappears after 2 seconds.
• Vasculitis: Enemies leave a large trail of red creep upon death.
• Sanguine Bond: 100% chance for a devil/angel room to spawn after beating a boss, regardless of damage taken.
• Bloody Gust: Grants +0.5 fire rate for each enemy killed, up to a maximum of 6 times per floor, lasting for the rest of the floor.
• Sumptorium: Recharge time is reduced to 1/19 of the original. When used by any character other than Tainted Eve, creates 1 additional blood clot familiar.
• Hypercoagulation: All hearts are strongly pulled towards Isaac from a short distance.
• Hemoptysis: When enemies with Brimstone curse die or lose their curse, they spawn cross-shaped Brimstone lasers.
• Tooth of the Vampire: Whilst shooting, Isaac charges a special attack indicated by a charge bar that takes 5/3rds of a second to fully charge. Releasing the fire button will shoot out Gungnir's Spear that deals 2000% of Isaac's damage.
• Fetus Blood: All Soul Hearts, Black Hearts, or Bone Hearts in the room will be converted into friendly Bonies upon use.
• Curse of Blood: Enemies affected by the Brimstone curse take 100% of Isaac's damage per 0.5 seconds.
• Bloodthirsty Orb: Each half red heart stored within the orb grants +0.25 damage.
• Dagger of Servants: Upon removing a heart, additionally grants +1 luck, +0.5 flat fire rate, +1 range, and +0.1 speed.
• Bloody Tears: The Dark Inferno Sphere emits a large amount of red flames in all directions while flying, similarly to the Red Candle, but the flames will disappear automatically after 1 second.
• Cursed Blood: Grants immunity to damage from explosions, fire places, or enemy fires.
• Mohgwyn's Spear: Directly grants flight while held.
• Blood Gem: When used by any character other than Tainted Flandre, guaranteed to spawn rewards. When used by Tainted Flandre, additionally losses 2 stress.
• Others: Grants +1 damage.

This item contributes towards the Kindred transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make every 13th killed enemy drop a vanishing half red heart.

This item's description is the subtitle of Touhou Koumakyou.

Although named "Blood of Vampire", the item's icon more closely resembles the red wine that Remilia Scarlet enjoys drinking — which is typically blended with human blood.

Its enhancement of Tooth of the Vampire pays homage to Remilia Scarlet's spell card Divine Spear "Spear the Gungnir" from Immaterial and Missing Power and Scarlet Weather Rhapsody.
