Curse of Blood item
Curse of Blood is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
Upon entering a room, randomly applies a permanent Brimstone curse to half of the enemies, the same applied by Hemoptysis.
Enemies with the curse explode when killed, dealing 10 × ItemCount damage, and spreading the curse to nearby enemies.
