Spawns a rod familiar that rapidly chases and attacks enemies.

Attacks every 0.333 seconds, each attack dealing 27 damage.

Can store up to 9 room charges. When Isaac takes damage, spends 3 charges to spawn a larger one-time protective ring.

Performs a whirlwind attack after hitting an enemy 20 times, dealing 81 damage per tick (1215 per second).
