Detonates the enemy or obstacle closest to Isaac within its radius, dealing 5x Isaac's damage.

For every item with the mushroom tag Isaac holds, the aura size scales by 50%.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.

The design of this item is derived from the image of Marisa Kirisame's fondness for mushrooms.

It pays tribute to the item of the same name in the game Risk of Rain 2.Due to a translation error by the localization team of Risk of Rain 2, where "Bustling" was mistaken for "Bursting", the effect of this item was designed around the mistranslated name rather than replicating the original effect.
