D58 is an active item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls every item in the current room into another item from the Reverie mod or the Reverie: Make Good Omissions mod, within the current room's item pool.

In China, Cuerzor is often referred to by fans as "Cuerzor58" or "58".
