Lusty Blood is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Isaac gains a damage boost for each enemy killed.

Each kill adds +0.5 damage up to a maximum of +5 damage after 10 kills.

The boost lasts only for the current room.
