Cambion Conception is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Grants Isaac a permanent demonic familiar upon taking damage a certain amount of times. Possible familiars include:
• Dark Bum
• Demon Baby
• Incubus
• Leech
• Lil Brimstone
• Succubus
• Lil Abaddon
• Twisted Pair

Can spawn a maximum of 4 familiars. The first 2 each spawn after taking damage 15 times, while the second 2 after taking damage 30 more times. Will max out at 90 hits taken.
