Evil Eye is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Grants a chance to fire a slow-moving eye with infinite range that copies Isaac tears and shoots in the direction that Isaac is firing at.

The chance starts at 3.33% with 0 luck, going up to 10% with 20 luck.
