Purity is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Grants Isaac an aura that boosts his stats based on color:
• Red: +4 damage.
• Blue: +2 fire rate.
• Yellow: +0.5 speed.
• Orange: +3 range.

Taking damage causes the aura to disappear until another room is entered, randomizing its color.
