Bloody Tears is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description

Double-tapping a fire button shoots a dark inferno sphere. Dark inferno accelerates, deals 2x Isaac's damage per tick (15x Isaac's damage per second), and inflicts burning to contacted enemies.
Has a cooldown of 3 seconds.
