Melting Ice Cream item
Melting Ice Cream is an unlockable passive item in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-0.5 fire rate.
While holding a fire button in any direction, Isaac's fire rate slowly increases, up to +2.5 fire rate.
Taking multiple copies of the item adds +0.5 to the maximum fire rate increase for each copy.
This item only appears with the Revelations mod enabled.
How to unlock?
Defeat Narcissus II as 
Martha.
