Spirit's Heart is an unlockable trinket in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
1.2x fire rate if Isaac does not have any Red Heart containers or Bone Hearts.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks as 
Tainted Mastema.
