The Bx5 item
The Bx5 is an active item in The Miles Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns up to 5 familiars that surround Isaac and shoot tears that copy most tear effects.
Each familiar has the following stats:
×0.25 damage multiplier.
×3 tears multiplier. (
Miles and 
Tainted Miles only)
Familiars are removed at the start of each floor.
