Cricket's Tail is a passive item in Mollith's Item Bunch, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While Isaac has 10 coins, any coins collected will be stolen from Isaac.
After the item steals 30 coins it spawns a random Q2 - Q4 item
The random item is not dependent on the current rooms item pool
