Immune Cell is a passive item in Mollith's Item Bunch, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The amount of cell tears Isaac shoots dependess on the amount of total hearts Isaac has.

Cell tears deal 1.5x more damage, don't fall, home in on enemies and bounce of walls and enemies.
