Curse of the Emperor is a passive item in Neapolitan Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Teleports Isaac to the floor's Boss Room upon entering a new floor.
Boss Room bosses drop an additional 
Heart on death.
Does not trigger on Depths II, Blue Womb, Void, the Ascent, or Home.
