Cinnamon Gumball is a passive item in Neapolitan Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-0.05 speed.
After every 18 tears shot, Isaac will shoot a booger tear that sticks to enemies and deals damage to them over time.
The tear deals 2 × DamageStat + 1.
