Plasma Globe item
Plasma Globe is a passive item in The binding of Neuro-sama, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Bounces diagonally across the room.
Zaps enemies close by, increases its damage when Isaac gets hit, resets every floor.
Minimum 2 damage per tick (4 per second).
Maximum 5 damage per tick (10 per second).
Lightning can damage Isaac.
