Big Dog Bark is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Hold the active item button until fully charged, then release to send the dog dashing in Isaac's movement direction.

While standing still, it uses the last movement direction.

Releasing before full charge cancels the attack.

Higher fire rate shortens the charge time.

Each enemy can be hit once per dash for 5 + 5% of that enemy's maximum HP + 20% of Isaac's damage.

After Isaac actually picks up 4 food-tagged items during the run, the dog also automatically chews enemies for 10% of their maximum HP.

The direction comes from movement input.

If Isaac has not moved yet, the default direction is right.

The food requirement counts actual pickups during this run, including food collected before acquiring Big Dog Bark.

Repeated pickups of the same food item count separately.

Once unlocked, automatic chewing can successfully hit each enemy once per room.

Another charge or immediate dash cannot start until the dog finishes its current attack, chewing, or echo.

Wind Charge Rod removes charging and reverses the dash direction.

Echo Shard adds a delayed echo and slowing creep.
