Eyedropper is an unlockable active item in Noah, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldIncreases the chances of champion enemies appearing by 10%.

On useSteals the color from the nearest champion enemy.

Each color grants its own passive effect, as follows:
• Red: +1 empty red heart container.
• Yellow: +0.3 speed.
• Green: Isaac creates damaging green creep while walking, which deals 2 damage per frame.
• Orange: Spawns a coin when taking damage.
• Blue: Spawns 3-4 blue flies on room clear.
• Black: Creates a huge explosion when taking damage.
• White: Grants 3 seconds of invulnerability when first entering a hostile room.
• Grey: Grants piercing tears.
• Transparent: Grants spectral tears.
• Flicker: Enemies randomly get confused.
• Pink: Fires a 3.5 damage tear alongside Isaac's tears.
• Purple: Isaac's tears now attract nearby enemies.
• Dark Red: Isaac now revives in the same room with half a heart when taking fatal damage.
• Light Blue: Taking damage shoots a barrage of 10 tears in a circle around Isaac.
• Camo: Confuses all enemies in the room until Isaac shoots.
• Pulsing Green: Grants 2 invincible Minisaacs.
• Pulsing Gray: Repels nearby enemies and projectiles
• Fly-Protected: Spawns 2 Pretty Flies that block enemy shots.
• Tiny: Halves Isaac's size, + 1 tears.
• Giant: Doubles Isaac's size, +1.5 damage.
• Pulsing Red: Refills all of Isaac's half hearts on room clear.
• Pulsing Size: Chance to spawn a fly when damaging an enemy.
• King: Boosts Isaac's familiars.
• Death: Activates The Necronomicon when a heart is fully depleted.
• Brown: Enemies that touch Isaac turn into poop.
• Rainbow: Grants 3 random champion color effects every room.
