Mike's Hard is an unlockable active item in Noah, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Creates a small pool of yellow creep that petrifies enemies and deals 8 damage per tick (24 per second) to enemies inside it.

The creep remains active until Isaac leaves the room.

When a run is started, the game has a 5% chance to replace Lemon Mishap with this item in every item pool. This means both items cannot be available at the same time in a run.

Defeat Ultra Greed as Noah.
