Black Swarm item
Black Swarm is a passive item in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Niro's Collection submod.
Description
When an enemy dies, it has a 22% chance to spawn a Black Locust (+1% chance for each luck point; maxes out at 35%).
When the Black Locust damages an enemy, it also applies fear to them for 7.33 seconds.
Part of the Niro's Collection mod.
