Carrot is a pickup in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Niro's Collection submod.

Heals 2 Red Hearts.

If Isaac's health is full, or he does not have any containers, instead grants a random stat up from the following:
• +0.1 speed.
• +0.2 flat damage.
• +1.0 range.
• +0.1 shot speed.

Can only be obtained via Rabbit's Foot and cannot be picked up unless the item is held.
