Super Mush pickup
Super Mush is a pickup in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Niro's Collection submod.
Description
Replaces 
Hearts and 
Half Hearts while holding Super Mush. In addition, they have a small chance to drop from mushroom obstacles and mushroom enemies.
Each mushroom grants +0.5 flat damage, +0.28 tears and increases Isaac's size.
Cannot be picked up unless holding Super Mush.
Part of the Niro's Collection mod.
