Poop Heart is a pickup in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Henry (playable character) submod.

Has a 15% chance to spawn from destroying poops while playing as Tainted Henry, or as Henry while holding Flush!.

Allows survival after using Flush! as Henry or Tainted Henry. Doing so will drain all health except half a heart, and consume the Poop Heart.

White Poops have double the chance of spawning Poop Hearts.

Poop Hearts are displayed below the stats on the HUD. They are not used as actual health in the health bar.
