Flush! is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.

Turns all non-boss monsters in the room into poop, and fills the whole room with water.

Poops can drop pickups.

Instantly kills poop-themed enemies and bosses: Dingle, Dangle, Brownie, Clog, and Turdlings.

Extinguishes all normal and red fire places in the room.

Turns lava-filled pits into solid rock, allowing them to be walked over.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Clog.

This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.

• Transform all normal enemies in the room into poop obstacles
• Does not affect most bosses or mini-bosses, but instantly kills certain bosses
• Abyss: x1 necrotic poop locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 1 hp - 2 damage
• Book of Virtues: Flushed enemies spawn additional wisps
