The Jar item
The Jar is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While heldAllows Isaac to store up to 4 extra red hearts in The Jar if his red heart containers are full.
The number of hearts currently stored in The Jar is indicated by a number next to it.
On useDrops all previously stored red hearts on the ground.
When dropped
Drops all previously stored red hearts on the ground.

The Jar
• Spawn red heart pickups stored in the jar
• Collect red hearts while at full health to store them in the jar
• Up to 4 hearts can be stored at once
• Abyss: x1 locust .5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 1.5 hp - 2 damage
• Book of Virtues: Each collected heart spawns a wisp
• Book of Virtues: Chance to spawn 1/2 heart on death
