Head of Krampus item
Head of Krampus is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Fires a Brimstone laser in the 4 cardinal directions, similarly to Krampus' attack.
Each beam deals 10 damage over 20 ticks, for a total of 200 damage per use.
Standing close to enemies can cause them to get by more than one beam at once, dealing significantly more damage.
Can drop by defeating Krampus.
Note

Defeat Krampus for the first time.
