Butter Bean item
Butter Bean is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac farts and knocks back nearby enemies and projectiles.
Enemies pushed into walls, obstacles or other enemies take 8 + 2 × CurrentFloor damage.
Reflected projectiles deal 7 damage to enemies.
When a run is started, the game has a 5% chance to replace this item with Wait What? in every item pool. This means both items cannot be available at the same time in a run.
