Grab item
Grab is an active item in Playable Machines, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grabs the nearest enemy to Isaac with a chain, dealing continuous damage to the enemy.
If the item is used again while an enemy is grabbed, it will deal significantly more damage and then release the enemy.
