Blood blast! is an active item in Playable Machines, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only has an effect when playing as The Bloody, and can only be obtained via his Birthright only while the blood counter is full.

Fires a large burst of tears on use.

The burst will continue as long as Isaac holds down the fire button and will rapidly consume the blood from the blood counter.

Continue firing while the blood is empty; it will start consuming health.
