The Tainted Grabber character
The Tainted Grabber is a character in Playable Machines, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items
Description
All coins will be replaced by blue flies.
Open the selling menu by using Sell to be able to sell an item, trinket, consumable, keys, or bombs.
Selling stuff adds the indicated amount of coins directly to the coins counter.
All the items will cost coins, and the price can change at every room cleared.
The maximum number of coin heart containers that can be acquired is 6.
Devil Deals cost heart containers (it doesn't work like Keeper)
All non-red heart pickups are converted into 3-10 Blue Flies, depending on the heart's quality.
