Baller item
Baller is an active item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 3 submod.
Description
Makes Isaac invincible for 7 seconds, leaving behind a trail of creep which deals 0.1 damage per tick (1 per second).
When the effect ends, it destroys enemy projectiles and deals 10 damage to enemies within 75 units, leaving behind a large puddle of creep which deals 0.6 damage per tick (1.8 per second).
Creep spawned by this item lasts for 20 seconds. Multiple layers of it may stack on top of each other resulting in more damage being dealt at once.
