Ink Storm item
Ink Storm is an active item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 3 submod.
Description
Makes tears rain from the sky for 10 seconds. When the tears hit the ground or an enemy, they create a small puddle of creep which deals 0.1 damage per tick (1 per second).
Tears deal damage equal to Isaac's.
Creep spawned by this item lasts for 20 seconds. Multiple layers of it may stack on top of each other resulting in more damage being dealt at once.
