Poop Bum is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 4 submod.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and eats poops, spawning a Blue Fly each time it does.

If it eats a Red Poop, the poop will not recover.

This item contributes towards the Hyper Bum transformation. Collecting the bums from this set will fuse them into Hyper Bum, a familiar that collects pennies, eats poops and flies, and grants twice as many rewards.
