Tear Helpers is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 1 submod.
Description
+0.27 tears.
Tears sometimes turn into spectral and piercing orbital tears that deal 35% of Isaac's damage per tick (10.5 × Isaac's Damage per second) and last for 7.5 seconds.
The chance to become an orbital is 10% + LuckStat/10, with a maximum of 20%.
Part of the Potato Pack 1 mod.
