Molten dime item
Molten dime is an active item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Golden Collection submod.
Description
Has a 50% chance to double all items and pickups with a different one in the current room.
If the effect fails, removes all items and pickups and damages Isaac for half a heart.
Part of the Golden Collection mod.
