Sick maggot trinket
Sick maggot is a trinket in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rotten Collection submod.
Description
Picking up 
Hearts at full health will turn them into 
Rotten Hearts.
Turns Rotten Hearts into 
Half Hearts when lost, essentially turning Rotten Hearts into full hearts instead of half hearts.
Part of the Rotten Collection mod.
