Birthday Card consumable
Birthday Card is an unlockable consumable in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives the Birthright effect for the current floor.
Some characters have a different effect instead:
• Cain - Teleports Cain to a good Arcade Room.
• Eden - Gives a random item effect for a floor.
• Jacob and Esau - Gives a copy of a random item from the other twin.
• Tainted Isaac - Drops 4 of his items to the floor. They get affected by Tainted Isaac's reroll mechanic.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted !!!.
