Retrieve is an unlockable active item in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When used by any character other than ... Spawns ... as a second character that cannot pick up anything and has inherent Lost Contact effect.

On death, ... splits into 3 body parts. When all 3 of his body parts are picked up, ... will be revived.

If ... is alive, using the item will pick him up. Otherwise, his body parts will be attracted to Isaac.

When ... is thrown, he causes a blood explosion, dealing 15 + DamageStat × 10 damage to nearby enemies while also dying.

When playing as ... ... will spew bone spurs in the shooting direction, as long as he has all body parts.
