Coca Cola is a passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's tears change to Coca Cola cans that cause enemies to fart upon hitting them, applying poison to them and nearby enemies.

Tears also leave creep on the ground which has no effect.
