Delirious Tech is a passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns Isaac's tears into random Technology lasers, such as Technology, Technology 2, Tech X, Tech.5, Technology Zero and Brimstone.
The lasers have random tear effects.
