Rot is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes Isaac to leave poisonous gas clouds for 8 seconds upon entering a room.

The gas clouds deal 3.5 damage per tick (13.13 per second) and poison enemies.

Defeat Mother as Sim.
