Adam's Rib is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 22% chance to respawn on death in the current room as Eve with 2 Red Heart containers, Whore of Babylon, and Dead Bird.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as 
Tainted Eve.
