Key Knife is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 10% chance to activate Dark Arts upon taking damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as Tainted Judas.
